Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Ireland and across the European Union.

Delivery charges

Orders of €60 or more: free delivery
Orders under €60: €4.95

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, particularly during busy periods and public holidays.

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre outside the EU. Depending on your order, import VAT and a handling fee may be charged by the delivery company before your parcel is released. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about this.

Delivery problems

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an extra charge.

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email cirqilar@gmail.com with your order number. Damaged or lost parcels are replaced or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
