1. About us

This website is operated by Natalija Snovak, trading as Cirqilar ("we", "us", "our"), 16 Tully Park View, Dublin 18, D18 XW9W, Ireland. You can contact us at cirqilar@gmail.com or +353 89 496 2830.

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your address, or there is an obvious error in the price or description. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro. You pay the price shown when you place your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery areas, times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by emailing cirqilar@gmail.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We give you the return address when you contact us. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of returning them.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, including the standard delivery charge you paid. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back, or you show us proof of return, whichever is earlier. We refund to your original payment method.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check what they are and how they work.

6. Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including a repair, replacement or refund for goods that do not conform to the contract, are not affected by these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and colours on screen may differ slightly from the product. Sizes and specifications are stated in each listing.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses if you buy as a business.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Using this website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, access it without authorisation, or introduce malicious code. The content, text and design of this website belong to us or our licensors.

10. Personal data

We use your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live. You may bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or of the EU country where you live.
